I order this it showed up broken not Arbiter's fault just damaged while in shipping. I emailed customer service with pictures of the original box and proof of damage. They sent me a knew one for free. The product it self its amazing. My mouse feels like it is sliding on ice. I never noticed how much of a difference a glass mouse pad makes to a cloth one. I will never go back. 5 out of 5 stars for not just the product but also for customer service. Thank you guys much love! :)

From the packaging, build, print, design. Everything is amazing. I would find it hard to improve on something so good.

The Lunar Speed Power Edition is my very first glass mousepad and I am very impressed. Everything peripheral reviewers on Youtube for example say about glass is true, its like playing on ice! This pad is very smooth and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Very nice design with super slim Glasspad, the surface is ok quality, very fast movement. I am using Pulsar Susanto X so I need to put more feets for my mouse to control better!

I really like this mousepad, but I wish the edges were sloped — it would make it more comfortable for my arm. Also, I’d love to have a larger size, maybe 500×500 or 500×450. When I play FPS games, I feel like a bigger pad would be much better. As for the thickness, I think you did a great job. The print on the mousepad is also sharp and vibrant.

I bought the Wallhack 4.0 Glass pad because I wanted to try glass for the first time and really enjoyed it, but then saw Arbiter restocked on the heat ray design that I fell in love with when the Goszilla collab first launched.

Decided to take the chance and return the Wallhack pad while I had the time to and am very glad I did. The pad is absolutely gorgeous in person and I think actually feels a bit better than the wallhack one. No regrets at all

I don't have the problem with the product, on the other hand, I think it's the best mousepad I've ever had in my life.
I've a problem with the customs services,I had to pay 46$ more to receive the order, because i'm from Spain and I've not been notified of it. I understand that it is not a problem with the brand but a warning would be appreciated.

Genuinely bigger then I expected, smooth and fast!

The packaging was absolutely fantastic I almost like the box more than the actual product, but the mousepad is very high quality

I own 3 glass pads from 3 different companies (pulsar XXL superglide red, WALLHACK miku_os sp005 are the others) and this is by far my favorite in terms of design and smoothness.
The surface is borderline textureless making my mouse feel like its floating. 10/10

Beautiful product, very pleased with purchase. They didn’t need to go the extra mile and add the super nice detail to the box but they sure did! Not throwing out the box too now lol
