Warranty & Return Policy
One-Year Limited Warranty
Arbiter Studio warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage and storage, water damage, cosmetic damage or other types of damage not related to the manufacturing process.
If you’ve purchased a pre-order, your warranty doesn’t go into effect until the date we have shipped the keyboard.
Product Return
Arbiter Studio currently does not offer Returns or Refunds on any items offered for sale in our stores unless there is a mistake with your order or the item is defective. We offer refunds and exchanges for products that are damaged or defective under our warranty.
Cancel Pre-Order
Pre-order items that have not been shipped out are eligible for full refund. To request cancellation, please contact us at support@arbiterstudio.com with the same email address as your order with your order number in the subject line.
