Firmware Update Steps:
- Please ensure to connect the keyboard USB cable directly into your PC. Do not use a USB hub to prevent firmware update failure due to insufficient power
- Download firmware updater below based on your product model then close internet browsers **web app must be closed to avoid any potential update conflicts**
- Run the updater tool
- After update is complete, unplug and re-plug the keyboard for the final step
