Firmware Update Steps:

  • Please ensure to connect the keyboard USB cable directly into your PC. Do not use a USB hub to prevent firmware update failure due to insufficient power
  • Download firmware updater below based on your product model then close internet browsers **web app must be closed to avoid any potential update conflicts**
  • Run the updater tool
  • After update is complete, unplug and re-plug the keyboard for the final step

What firmware version am I on?

Go to the Web App and connect your keyboard. Latest firmware version will be displayed on the upper right hand corner of the app.

If you are already on the latest version, you will not need to update your device.
